During the June and July, we were delighted to have the company of Donna Glanvill from Worldsview Consulting, South Africa. Donna supported our team towards becoming the first accredited organisation to deliver their products:

• Nine Conversations of Leadership
• Heart of Leadership
• Purposeful Teams

10 of our Shape Consultants joined together in a 5 day accreditation workshop on Purposeful Teams and The heart of Leadership. Not only did we learn the skills and theory behind the two courses, but we also had the privilege of living the experience of the Purposeful Teams and become united toward a common goal.

We now look forward to the many assignments to come igniting passion for leadership and developing teams with purpose!
